Hi, I’m Marina!
I wasn’t always living this rich & relaxed life.
In fact, like a lot of you, I’ve tried my hand at many different things, hoping I would find the one thing that “sticks.”
I worked at startups, did the corporate 9-5 grind, tried digital and affiliate marketing.
I collected credentials like they were clues…A business degree, an MBA, Kundalini & Meditation YTT, Reiki certification, Coaching certification, Neuroscience studies, Lean Six Sigma, you name it!
From the outside, it looked impressive, but from the inside? I felt chaotic, stuck and frustrated.
Deep down, I knew the traditional climb-the-ladder, wait-your-turn, “maybe one day you’ll feel secure” path wasn’t my vibe.
What I craved was freedom.
Freedom to work from beautiful spaces and travel without asking permission.
Freedom to design my days around long walks, ocean air, pilates, matcha, deep work, not constant hustle.
Freedom to feel wealthy in time, energy, and money.
Instead, I felt stuck in an exhausting loop:
1. Start something.
2. Overthink it.
3. Add more.
4. Doubt it.
5. Pivot again.
One day, in the middle of a panic attack, convinced I had somehow managed to do everything and build nothing, I had a moment of clarity.
I thought…
What if the problem isn’t that I haven’t found the right thing? What if I’ve just been overcomplicating it? What if I don’t need more ideas, more certifications, more strategies…What if I just need one clear direction, and the courage to commit to it?
That was the shift.
I stopped trying to build and rebuild the next new shiny thing. Instead, I focused on one clear, aligned offer and built one simple sales system around it.
That’s when everything changed!
My business was finally doing the thing I always wanted it to do…it was WORKING!
That’s how The One Shift Method was born.
Today, I help coaches who are intelligent, talented, and wildly capable but stuck in the overthinking spiral, create one clear, profitable offer and one repeatable sales system.
No burnout and constant reinvention.
Just clarity, simplicity, and sustainable momentum.
Because you don’t need another idea, you need a direction.
And once you have that, everything feels different.
